Pre-departure Blog

Whoop for finals and first year being over! I'm super excited about going to Germany! I have been to Europe before, but never on a study abroad program or to Germany. I'm really excited about staying with Katie (German vet student) and having the opportunity to travel with a large group! Part of the reason for my excitement about this trip is that I will have lots of opportunities to meet Europeans my own age, which is something that I feel I missed out on my previous trips to Europe. I had a really good time hanging out with the German students who came to Texas and really enjoy all of the American vet students going on the program, so it should be a really good time :.)
