Hallo! So far, so good! We arrived 5 days ago and it has been an eye-opening experience! I have started to pick up on the local language, but only in writing. The speech is too fast and apparently there are multiple dialects within the country. Tonight for dinner I tried some spargel suppe ( asparagus soup) & had a bite or two of Bill's tunafish pizza ( it was fabulous)!
We have seen so much already that it is hard to believe that we have only been here for such a short period of time. And I can't thank Trish enough because she has taught me a lot about the countries politics, language & etiquette. Thanks, Trish!!!
