Lifes Lessons Learned in Germany

There have been some very important lessons we have learned on this trip, that would have otherwise been unattainable if we had not participated. First, research is cool, but learning how to use a mouth blow dart thingy is way cooler. Next, male elephants are just like all other males in the animal kindom and should recieve treatment only after being trained and at a distance. Furthermore, when biking in Berlin remember your high school cheerleader roots and,"Be AGRESSIVE, B-E AGRESSIVE!" "H-E-B feet" are alive and well in Berlin with the gypsies.

All jokes aside, this trip really has shown a whole new world. There are just so many things I didn't realize about my soon to be profession and world history. From the beginnings of pathology and anatomy in Germany to AI in rhinos, thus far it has been a trip for the history books all in itself.

Jenny and I managed the Berlin transportation services as well as Munichs' and I'm not going to lie I feel really proud our accomplishments. We saw our first ever group of men dressed out in Munichs' best lederhosen and were absolutely ecstatic at the site! I look forward to tomorrow morning, running, then to church, and off to the concentration camp. How tragic it will be to be there and see all that was done there. However, I am glad I have the opportunity to see that part of history, and pay the proper respect to all the lives lost and affected by its presence.
